Damon and Damo are joined by LNC Artisha Bing. Damo starts off with a question; can you run a successful command without sacrificing sleep, work, fitness, or family? The discuss the hazards in trying to “load” more work onto someone whose specific job isn’t the most burdensome. Question of the day: is this “cutting?” Can you affectively change an organization’s culture without cutting back on remote work? Damon discusses his upcoming big NFL game and lays out his preparation process. The trio takes a moment to highlight the life and mission of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Artisha explains what she does in the Navy as a Legalman (LN). Does she pay more attention to celebrity trials as they play out in the media? She reflects on the craziest case that she can remember. What are some of the benefits of being a Legalman?
